Hi Untamed Crew!


As usual here are the most important things about this weeks training and current progressions:


1) WED - It is 9/11. So we are going to do a Tribute WOD & move our Power Clean work to Friday!

2) THU - it is the second week on the HSPU Progression. We will work a lot on positional strength & basic skill development here for the upcoming 4 weeks.

  • Kipping Handstand Push Up

  • Wall Walk

  • Wall Ball

  • Medicine Ball Overhead Lunge

  • Straight Leg Sit Up


FRIDAY

STRENGTH

  • Power Clean

WOD

  • Airdyne

  • Pull Up

  • Dumbbell Bench Press


SATURDAY

WOD

  • Row or Ski

  • Dual DB Squat

  • DB Facing Burpee

  • Toe To Bar

  • Dual DB Hang Clean
