New Strength Cycle!

New strength cycle is here!

This cycle will be tough and has a lot of things thrown in. You will notice we are going to do our conditioning work BEFORE the strength, this will be a true test of your fitness and strength.


This cycle is designed to keep the level of enjoyment high for those of you who get a little bored with the monotony of Olympic lifting. You guys will see a lot of snatch and clean variations.


The hour window will not be our friend when it comes to all the strength and accessory work we want to provide you guys. There will be times we won't be able to get everything done within the hour of class but we want to still provide you guys the option to finish that days' programming if both you and the coach have the time.


So instead of leaving some of the programming out, we are going to put up all the work for that day and complete as much as we can together in class while not feeling rush and give you guys the opportunity to finish anything that was missed either after class or during open gym times.
